1. Data Cloud Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:

2. Data Governance and Compliance Officer (Salesforce focus)

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and enforcing data governance policies within Salesforce systems.
- Monitoring compliance with data protection regulations (like GDPR, CCPA).

Their primary focus is to leverage Salesforce’s AI capabilities, such as Einstein AI, to enhance customer relationship management and drive insightful business decisions. They should also be able to use 3rd-party models or solutions (like Vertex)
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing and customizing AI features within Salesforce, including predictive analytics, natural language processing, and machine learning algorithms.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions that align with business objectives.
- Training and fine-tuning AI models based on organizational data to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, especially AI tools like Einstein.
