1.    Data Cloud Solutions Architect

Overview: A Data Cloud Solutions Architect specializes in designing and implementing solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. They ensure the alignment of data integration and analytics with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing scalable and efficient solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Integrating various data sources with Salesforce to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Collaborating with business teams to understand data needs and translating them into technical requirements.
  • Overseeing the deployment and maintenance of Data Cloud solutions.

Skills Required:

2.    Data Governance and Compliance Officer (Salesforce focus)

Overview: This role involves ensuring that data management within the Salesforce environment adheres to legal, regulatory, and company standards. It’s increasingly important with growing concerns about data privacy and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and enforcing data governance policies within Salesforce systems.
  • Monitoring compliance with data protection regulations (like GDPR, CCPA).
  • Working closely with legal, IT, and data teams to address compliance issues.
  • Auditing Salesforce data practices and implementing necessary changes.

They should also be able to use 3rd-party models or solutions (like Vertex)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and customizing AI features within Salesforce, including predictive analytics, natural language processing, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Training and fine-tuning AI models based on organizational data to ensure accuracy and relevance.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, especially AI tools like Einstein.
